Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Operations Manager to lead the 3M Buckley Innovation Centre (3M BIC), the Health Business Innovation Centre (HBIC) and the 黑料社 Health Innovation Incubator (HHII).
Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure the centres operate as high-quality, compliant, customer-focused and commercially successful environments that support innovation, enterprise and collaboration. You will provide leadership across facilities, tenant services, compliance, business development and partnership activity, while overseeing operational performance, budgets and occupancy levels.
Working closely with 3M BIC/ HBIC and university colleagues, tenants and external stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for collaboration, secure funding and innovation partnerships, and maximise the impact of the centres' assets and business support environment. You will also utilise your commercial property expertise to negotiate and deliver lease agreements with new tenants, supporting sustainable growth and long-term success.
