The 黑料社 is pleased to announce that it has retained its HR Excellence in Research award for its long-term commitment to the career development of its researchers.

The award follows the eight-year review of the University by the UK Excellence in Research Panel, and is one of a number of UK institutions with the award from  that is part of the  (CRAC) Ltd. The University first received the award in 2011.

Ruth Sivori, the University鈥檚 Head of Human Resources, commented: 鈥淭he HR Excellence in Research Award is an important mechanism for implementing the principles of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers, and in retaining their Awards institutions demonstrate their long-term commitment to the career development of researchers.鈥�

鈥淲e are delighted to have retained the award at the eight-year review stage, through internal re-assessment confirmed by the UK HR Excellence in Research Award Panel. We are confident that within the reviews and action plans developed that our strategies and activities undertaken for the Concordat are aligned with the overall University Strategy.鈥�

Under its review, the University provided the panel with details of its action plan to support its researchers, including full access to training to allow for experience across the University, and a stable working environment through longer contracts or permanent roles.
